About Me.
I’m Lauren — a naturopath and nutritionist with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting women through hormonal, digestive, and metabolic health concerns. My clinical focus includes perimenopause, menopause, gut health, and the complex ways these systems interact.
My approach combines evidence-informed natural medicine with personalised, practical care. I take the time to understand the full picture — your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, nutrition, and underlying drivers — to create treatment plans that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to you.
My interest in women’s health is also deeply personal. Navigating my own perimenopause journey gave me firsthand insight into how frustrating and isolating hormonal changes can feel, particularly when symptoms are dismissed or oversimplified. That experience continues to shape the way I practice today.
Before moving into clinical practice, I worked within the health food and natural medicine industry, which gave me a broad understanding of therapeutic products and nutritional support beyond the consultation room. Combined with clinical experience, this allows me to take a balanced and practical approach to treatment recommendations.
Many of the women I work with come to me feeling unheard, exhausted, or unsure where to turn next. My goal is to provide a supportive space where your concerns are taken seriously, while helping you better understand your body and move toward long-term health and wellbeing.
