Practice Policies & Privacy.

Appointments & Consultation Forms

Please ensure all new client forms are completed and submitted at least 24 hours prior to your appointment where possible. This allows adequate time to review your case history before your consultation.

Forms not returned within this timeframe may result in your appointment being rescheduled. Exceptions may be made for last-minute bookings.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so the appointment can be offered to another client.

The following cancellation fees apply:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a $50 cancellation fee

  • Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment time, or failure to attend, may incur the full consultation fee

Thank you for respecting both practitioner preparation time and appointment availability for other clients.

Payment Policy

Initial and follow-up consultations are payable in full on the day of your appointment via EFTPOS or cash unless otherwise arranged.

Packages, online programs, or prepaid services must be paid at the time of booking.

Communication Between Appointments

To ensure all clients receive dedicated clinical support and timely care, most practitioner communication occurs during scheduled consultations.

Brief email or messaging support may be appropriate for simple or urgent matters, including:

  • clarification regarding your treatment plan or notes

  • difficulty organising recommended testing

  • suspected adverse reactions to supplements or treatment

  • issues accessing practitioner-only supplements or dispensary products

A follow-up consultation is recommended when:

  • you would like pathology or test results reviewed

  • you would like advice regarding new supplements, products, or treatments

  • your prescription or treatment plan requires updating

  • there have been significant changes to your symptoms or health status

  • you require ongoing clinical guidance or adjustments to your treatment plan

This helps ensure your care remains safe, personalised, and clinically appropriate.

Telehealth Consultations

Telehealth consultations are conducted via secure online platforms where possible. While reasonable steps are taken to protect your privacy and personal information, electronic communication and online platforms may carry some inherent security risks.

By participating in telehealth consultations or electronic communication, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
